Well, folks, we've given this subject a good going over, with almost 250 comments so far. The subject of curbing terrorism is going to be with us (prominently, it seems) for some time to come. We will no doubt return to it, and we will need someplace to air our ideas. But tomorrow we will be closing this conference to begin a new one. Many thanks to all who participated. I know that I learned a lot. I hope others did too.
